I take care of the diagnosis, propose the best strategy, and prescribe the medication.
I personally carry out the ultrasound and blood test monitoring, and adjust the treatment according to your progress.

Ovarian puncture and embryo transfer are performed at Clínica Rincón, always with constant communication and shared decision-making.

Comprehensive fertility study: understanding to move forward together

We carry out a complete evaluation of both partners to understand what may be making pregnancy difficult.

We start with a detailed medical history and a careful examination.
This includes a high-resolution gynecological ultrasound and a hormonal blood test at the most useful point in the cycle.
We also perform a semen analysis and, if needed, complementary andrological tests.

Depending on each case, we may conduct additional studies such as sonohysterography, hysteroscopy, ovarian reserve assessment, genetic testing, or tubal patency evaluation.

The goal is clear: to understand what is happening, to know your real options (with or without treatment), and to decide together on the most sensible next step.

Surgery and infertility: only when it truly helps

Surgery is recommended only if it can realistically improve your chances of pregnancy, either naturally or through assisted reproduction. We always aim for minimally invasive and respectful techniques.

Through hysteroscopy:
– We remove endometrial polyps and some submucosal fibroids.
– We correct septa, adhesions, and malformations that make implantation difficult.

Through laparoscopy:
– We treat endometriosis in a conservative and personalized way.
– We remove adhesions, fibroids affecting the uterine cavity, and cases of hydrosalpinx to improve embryo implantation.

Every decision —whether to operate, when, and how— is made together, considering your future fertility, ovarian reserve, and the real risks and benefits.
